1) No cancellations / refunds / change of items once order has been confirmed. Check the size stated before reserving or feel free to check with me on the exact measurements.

2) After 2 days of reservation, if no payment has been received, items are automatically up for grabs again. Priority will be given to the fastest payment.

3) Items will be delivered the next working day after payment is received.

4) Posting method is through post express via pos Malaysia. The total payment (including postage) will be informed through e-mail immediately after order has been made because postage are according to orders. However, if customer wishes to pick-up the items themselves, you can do so provided that you had stated in the order form.

5) For purchase of 10 items and above, your purchase will be delivered personally without the delivery postage (Johor Bahru area ONLY).
